Article 1 – Introduction

1.1 GENTLEMEN DESIGN, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, is dedicated to offering marketing services, with a primary focus on the production and monthly distribution of a men’s fashion magazine under the brand GENTLEMEN DESIGN (“Magazine”), which is offered through the website “www.gentlemendesign.es” (“Website”).

1.2 These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Company and any user (“User”) who accesses the Website and is interested in acquiring the Magazine or using the marketing services offered by the Company.

1.3 To proceed with the acquisition of the Magazine or the contracting of marketing services from the Company, each User must read and accept these General Conditions electronically, as well as consent to the processing of their personal data as indicated in the Privacy Policy in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

1.4 It is recommended that the User download and save these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in a durable medium at the time of subscription.

1.5 The Terms and Conditions may be modified by the Company at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be effective from their publication on the Website and will apply only to subscription requests or contracts registered and submitted by the User after such publication.

1.6 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User declares to be at least 18 years old and to have legal capacity to act.

1.7 Prior registration on the Website is not necessary to request the Magazine subscription or to contract marketing services. The User can browse the Website and submit requests for the mentioned services as a “guest.”

1.8 During the request or contracting process, the User undertakes to provide truthful and updated information, and to use the Company’s customer service email, info@gentlemendesign.es, for any inquiries or assistance.

1.9 Users can select the language and currency in which they wish to view the Website and Prices.

Article 2 – Registration of Registered Users on the Website

2.1 To subscribe to our newsletter and receive the weekly bulletin and the fashion magazine, users must create a personal account on the Website. The registration process consists of the following stages: (i) entering personal and contact information, including name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address; (ii) selection and entry of a secure password; (iii) verification and acceptance of our Privacy Policy; (iv) possibility of subscribing to the commercial communication service related to our activities and/or to the service of personalization of commercial communications; (v) confirmation of the entered data and desire to register on the Website through the “point and click” mechanism (“Registration”).

2.2 Registration allows Registered Users to benefit from the features of the Website and services following subscription, such as receiving the weekly bulletin and fashion magazine. In addition, they will be able to access their subscription history, modify their communication preferences, and participate in exclusive promotions.

2.3 Registered Users acknowledge the strict confidentiality of their account and access credentials (username and password). GENTLEMEN DESIGN is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Registered Users’ accounts due to malicious or negligent conduct by the Registered User.
